1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, this is what an active soft phone call looks like. The time indicates the duration of a call.
2. When any call is received while on an active soft phone call, four options are displayed: forward call, hold & answer, end & answer, and reject call. Click to select an option.
3. If "hold & answer" is selected (the only option where both calls remain active), once the incoming call is "Connected" (answered), click back and forth between the calls to place one on hold or to hangup. The calls cannot be conferenced in together using the Soft Phone widget. While connected to one call, any other calls will always be placed on hold. See "Conference Extensions" to host a conference call with up to twenty participants.
