1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, select a Directory User to call. Hovering over their name with the mouse will cause the phone call icon to appear. Click on the icon to call that User.
2. The call is placed through the Crexendo Communicator Soft Phone. Available options during a call are to mute, transfer, place on hold, hangup, and select "More" options (place an additional call or open SalesForce).
