The following codes appear in various ACD reports.
Successful - The caller enters correct callback number and the agent picks up the call and communicates with the caller. Callback number shows the requested callback number.
Failed - The caller requested callback and did not finish the callback number input process. In the case the callback number shows "In Progress".
Pending - The caller requested callback and finished the callback number input process. The call is queued to be picked up an agent. Callback number shows the requested callback number.
PendingInput - The caller requested callback and is in the middle of completing the callback number input process. The callback number in this case show "In Progress".
Abandoned - A call is queued in the ACD for callback. An agent picks up the call and hangs up the call as soon as it connected to the caller (within 1 - 2 seconds of the ring back).
