1. From the dashboard, select Users. Select a user. Double-click on their name or right-click on their name and select "Edit".
2. On the right-hand side of the screen, select Permissions.
3. Under Phone Permissions, check or uncheck the box for "Cloud Communicator" and "Communicator Premium". If a User has access to Cloud Communicator, they then have access to Crexendo Communicator. Communicator Premium allows Directory access. Click the Users arrow to save changes and return to the previous screen.
