1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, search and find the user in the Directory widget. The message icon appears when hovering the mouse near the user's name. Move the mouse over the icon and the background turns green 
, indicating the action will perform when clicked. Click the icon to send a message.
2. View the message through the Quick Connect feature pane (sorted by most recent activity first). Type the message and send. Quick Connect message features include sending files (doc, ppt, pdf), to-do-lists, sharing whiteboards, binders, and standard plain-text chatting with emojis.
