Call Park Extensions are system-wide numbers that provide users the ability to send a call directly to a holding number accessible by a group of employees. Users can add or remove Call Park Extensions from Cloud Communicator using the Call Park Extensions screen shown below, but only administrators can remove the extensions from the system.
The Park widget displays all Call Park Extensions and parked calls (if any). The number indicator displays how many calls are parked in each extension. In the example below, two calls are parked. Rather than the first in, first out method of answering calls, clicking on the number indicator opens up the possibility to select any call to answer. Once a call is answered, it will display in the Active Calls widget (located in the center of the screen).
