1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, during an active call, click and drag the call to the Directory widget.
2. Across from the intended recipient of the call, release the clicked and dragged phone call over the voicemail 
icon. While hovering, a green plus 
icon will appear and the voicemail icon will turn blue to confirm that a released click will send the call to that user's voicemail. The call will no longer be visible from the Active Calls widget if the transfer was successful.
