1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, type a phone number in the "Enter Number Here..." box or click directly on the numbers. Click on the blue call icon to place the call or click "enter/return" on the computer keyboard.
2. The call will start to dial. Once the receiver answers, the call duration will start recording.
3. Click on "More" and select the phone icon to add a call.
4. To place a second call, type a phone number in the "Enter Number Here..." box or click directly on the numbers. Click on the blue call icon to place the call or click "enter/return" on the computer keyboard.
The recipient of the first call will hear hold music while the second call is taking place. 
5. The first call will show an "on hold" status while the second call is "connecting" (ringing).
6. Once a call is "Connected" (answered), click back and forth between the calls to place one on hold or to hangup. The calls cannot be conferenced in together using the Soft Phone widget. While connected to one call (icon is green), the second or third call will always be placed on hold (icon is yellow). See "Conference Extensions" to host a conference call with up to twenty participants.
