1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, type a phone number in the "Enter Number Here..." box or click directly on the numbers. Click on the blue call icon to place the call or click "enter/return" on the computer keyboard.
2. The call will start to dial. Once the receiver answers, click on the "Transfer" icon.
3. Start typing a name, or select a number from the list. Choose to either "Transfer Now" or "Attended Transfer".
4. Transfer now is the default selection and it will immediately transfer the call and disconnect the user who is transferring. Attended transfer will add the user who is transferring onto the new call, and they can hangup when needed (click on "Finish Transfer"). This feature is often used so one person can make introductions before leaving the call, instead of transferring to a possibly unsuspecting receiver. The softphone will display "Transfer in Progress" while the call is connected.
If the call is transferred to a Call Park or Conference Extension, then there will be a "1" next to the number to show the active call. The number represents how many calls are parked at that extension, or how many members are in a conference at a given point in time.
