1. From the Crexendo Communicator home page, the Soft Phone widget displays the Message Waiting Indicator. In the example below, there are six unread voicemails for extension 5137.
2. Click on the Message Waiting Indicator or voicemail icon. Read voicemails are shaded grey. Unread voicemails are shaded white. To access playback options (play audio, return the call, or delete the message), hover over a call.
If SneakPeek is disabled, only the phone number, time stamp, and playback options are available.
If SneakPeek is enabled, one line of the transcription is displayed for each message since SneakPeek was enabled. It is not retroactive for messages that have already been sent to voicemail before SneakPeek was enabled. Hover over a voicemail to view the entire transcription, or click to view.
