1. As an account administrator, from the dashboard, select Users.
2. Double-click a user to edit their permissions, or right-click and select "Edit".
3. Click on General.
4. Under Voicemail Options, check "Voicemail Transcription" to enable SneakPeek (visual voicemail). Transcription services are available in the SoftPhone widget in Crexendo Communicator, in Crexendo Mobile, and from the portal under Messages.
5. Click OK to accept the terms and additional charges.
