Classic - Click-2-Call

Quick Reference: 

○ Requires Chrome Browser

○ Pre-Requisite - Client has logged into the Crexendo portal and has current username and password 

 
​Load Crexendo Click to Call web app from Chrome store:
 
1.      Browse to Chrome Web Store and search for Crexendo Click-2-Call
                         
 
2.      Click the + Add To Chrome button

3.      Click "Add Extension" in pop up screen

4.      The application will be installed to the Chrome browser as a "Chrome Extension"

Sign In and Configure Click-2-Call

  1. Click the Crexendo Cloud Icon in web tool bar and you will see the Crexendo Click-2-Call login page:

  • Enter the same credentials used for the Crexendo portal login. 
6.      Once Logged in you can choose the "Always dial from an owned number" option. This will always dial from the extension/phone of your choosing.
  1. Check mark the "Always dial from an owned number"
  2. Select radio button of the outbound extension the application should use.

7.      If you do not select this option, the Click-2-Call option will prompt you to choose an extension to dial from every time as shown below:

                                           

8.      To use the feature, simply click on a phone number within the Chrome browser web page.
