1. From the Cloud Communicator home page, click on the Member Count Badge next to a Conference Extension. This opens call details and actions.
2. Across from a caller's name, click on the volume icon to mute them. The volume icon will be crossed out to indicate that the member is muted. Click again to unmute. A muted Conference Member can hear the conference but other members cannot hear them speak. A Conference Moderator typically will mute Conference Members to minimize background noise.
